Domestic UK Mainland Shipping

Small orders are posted with 2nd Class post (these are not tracked) - from £2.95

Select Royal Mail 48 Tracked if you wish for your order to be tracked cost :

Small items £4.95 

Large items £5.95

Orders over £100 or Heavy orders cost £10.00 and will be tracked. 

Order processing time

As all products are handmade, I do my best to make and post within the same week. However orders can sometimes be posted the following week. 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If I receive a high volume of orders (for example during Christmas) orders may be delayed. Please allow additional time for delivery. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes for International Shipping

Absurd Design is not responsible for customs and taxes on your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer's responsibility.

Damages/Lost Post

Absurd Design is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, however you can contact me and I will do my best to help. If you have received a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. I will assist you throughout the process to ensure you find a resolution.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.  

European Shipping

Unfortunately I am no longer shipping to Europe due to the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) I hope to be able to sell to Europe again in the future. 

Rest of the World Shipping

For all other countries I use Royal Mail International Shipping.  Please note that for US postage a 10% tariff has been added.  Shipping is Tracked for International orders.
