RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges on the following Absurd Design products will be gladly accepted:

- Dog Poop Bag / Treat Holders
- Waterproof Fabric Dog Bowl
- Safety Clip
- Webbing Leads
- Multi-leads
- Fabric Dog Bandanas
- Waterproof Dog Bed Liners (non custom made)
- ReSEAcled Poop Bags
- Dog Whistle Lanyard
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
As with all Absurd Design products, they are made by hand. Certain items are specifically made to order and cannot be refunded due to the amount of work that goes into them and the time this takes. Custom made items such as quoted waterproof liners or memory quilts are non refundable. All leather dog collars and leads are dyed and stitched especially for your order, due to this it is not possible to return any leather product unless there is a genuine fault. If for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase contact me within 7 days of receipt, either by email : info@absurddesign.co.uk or by phone 07498039369.
To return an item:
1. Email within 7 days of delivery to info@absurddesign.co.uk with your name, order number and reason for your return.
2. Return the product unworn and in its original condition and packaging.
3. Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery. If the return arrives after this date the refund will not be given.
RETURN POST
If the return is due to anything other than an Absurd Design error, you are responsible for return shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for lost items; a ‘signed for’ delivery method and proof of postage is recommended.
Products sent back for return that appear worn or soiled will not be refunded or returned. They will be donated to a local dog rescue charity.
Original postage will not be refunded, just the cost of the product.
